What does “100% cannabis” mean?
It means every active ingredient in our cannabis products comes from the cannabis plant. We do not use distillate, botanical terpenes, synthetic additives, cutting agents, or hidden fillers in products labeled 100% cannabis.
What is the difference between live resin and cured resin?
Live resin is extracted from fresh-frozen cannabis to preserve delicate terpene profiles. Cured resin is extracted from properly dried and cured flower, delivering the classic full-spectrum cannabis profile.
Are Buddies Brand products lab tested?
Yes. Products are third-party tested for cannabinoid potency, pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents, microbial contaminants, and other quality markers where required by law.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $50. Standard flat-rate shipping applies below that threshold.
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically process in 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days in the USA and 7–14 business days to Canada, subject to compliance requirements and carrier delays.

What battery do I need for 510 cartridges?
Use a standard 510-thread battery. For terpene preservation, a variable-voltage battery around 3.0–3.4V is recommended.
How should I store cannabis products?
Store sealed products in a cool, dry, dark place away from direct sunlight, children, pets, and anyone under 21.
What if my product arrives defective?
Contact us within 30 days with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Defective products may be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund subject to our Refund Policy.
